Welcome to The New IntelliCAD website, where the ITC invites you to learn more about its upcoming innovative release. If you are an application developer who is looking for an intelligent, alternative CAD platform, The New IntelliCAD offers the following main benefits and features:

• New DRX object-oriented application development interface, which is similar to the Autodesk® ARX API, allows you to create interactive, intelligent custom objects in IntelliCAD. The DRX API provides direct access to the DWG database structures, the IntelliCAD graphics system, and native command definitions.
• Customizable user interface through XML provides the ability to create your own interface for your application. In addition to adding your own user interface elements, you can eliminate unnecessary icons and other elements so the end-user isn’t confronted with a large amount of unnecessary and confusing choices.
• Enabled with UNICODE support, which allows you to quickly localize IntelliCAD and its applications.
• Close integration with the DWGdirect™ libraries of the Open Design Alliance™ allows you to easily stay up-to-date with the latest DWG file compatibility.

The ITC is planning to release an Alpha version of The New IntelliCAD for testing and feedback to its members mid-year 2007.
