The IntelliCAD Technology Consortium Terminates and Sues Gstar

PORTLAND, OREGON - CAD software-maker The IntelliCAD Technology Consortium (ITC) terminated Chinese company Suzhou Gstarsoft Co., Ltd.’s (Gstar) commercial membership and initiated a lawsuit against Gstar today for breaching the commercial membership agreement, including nonpayment of membership fees, noncompliance with auditing requirements, and failure to comply with membership rules.

ITC chairman, Vitor Neves stated, “Gstar’s refusal to comply with the ITC commercial membership agreement and membership rules and Gstar’s failure to pay monies due is unacceptable and the ITC will act to protect its assets.”

The ITC is asking for, among other things:

  1. Entry of judgment holding Gstar liable for breaching the commercial membership agreement;
  2. An order compelling Gstar to participate in an audit;
  3. Damages in an amount greater than $250,000.00; and
  4. Attorney fees.
