As we close out 2025, I wanted to share a brief recap of key developments across the IntelliCAD platform and the IntelliCAD Technology Consortium (ITC).
Leadership and focus
In 2025, Dave Lorenzo retired from the ITC after many years of service. We are grateful for his leadership and contributions to the consortium. Following his retirement, we welcomed a new ITC President to continue the work of the consortium and lead the ITC’s next phase of work.

The IcARX API continued to mature, expanding ObjectARX® compatibility to help teams port existing ARX applications to IntelliCAD.

The LISP engine is faster and more capable than ever, including support for compiled and fast-load LISP applications (FAS/VLX).
