We’re pleased to announce that registration is now open for IntelliCAD World 2025, taking place October 20–22 at the Royal Hotel Seoul, located in the heart of South Korea’s capital.

This three-day event brings together IntelliCAD members, developers, partners, and technical leaders for a focused and collaborative conference featuring in-depth product updates, strategic discussions, and community engagement.

About the Conference

IntelliCAD World is the IntelliCAD community’s most important annual gathering. It’s designed to inform, connect, and align members around shared goals and opportunities.

This year’s program will feature:

• Keynote
• Special recognition of Dave Lorenzo
• Technical updates on IntelliCAD 14.0 and 14.1
• Explorations into new technologies: AI, icARX and more
• Tech stack deep dives
• Special Interest Group (SIG) updates: UI, Mobile, BIM and DGN
• Panel discussion: IntelliCAD 15 roadmap and priorities 
• Member showcases and implementation stories

Registration Fee: $99 USD

To help cover core conference services and materials, we’re asking attendees to pay a modest registration fee of $99 USD.

This includes:

• A welcome gift bag
• Daily coffee breaks, lunch, and refreshments
• Full access to all conference sessions and presentations
• 1-on-1 access to IntelliCAD developers and technical experts
• Post-event access to digital materials and follow-up resources

Note: You will not be charged at the time of registration. Payment instructions will be shared closer to the event. The fee is waived for directors of the ITC.

Networking and Optional Activities

In addition to the main sessions, we’re planning:

• An Informal Welcome Gathering on the evening of October 20
• A Closing Reception on October 22
• An Optional Group Excursion on October 23

Please note that these activities are not included in the $99 registration fee. Our goal is to provide the welcome gathering and closing reception at no additional charge; however, this is pending final confirmation. Invitations to RSVP for these activities will be sent in a follow-up email.

Travel & Venue

The conference will be hosted at the Royal Hotel Seoul, in the walkable and lively Myeongdong District, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and major landmarks.

Please note: We were unable to reserve a block of rooms for this event.

We recommend that attendees book directly with the Royal Hotel or through their preferred travel booking platform.

Additional notes:

• Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.
• Airport transportation is not provided.

Once you submit your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Closer to the event, we’ll follow up with:
