Special Interest Groups
ITC members with interests outside of mainstream IntelliCAD development have options within Special Interest Groups (SIGs). Tailored to member needs, the ITC collaborates with these members to develop new technologies and components.
Special Interest Groups allow ITC members to pool resources to create new technology that's useful to their companies and even license it to other members. SIGs also provide specific funding for the ITC to grow in new areas without negatively affecting the resources needed to maintain the core IntelliCAD platform. Only SIG members can release features developed by the SIG, giving them a competitive advantage over non-SIG members. While SIG members define the scope, the projects are managed and developed by the ITC and provide a low cost alternative for members to share in feature development.
How it Works
The ITC and members collaborate to make SIGs work for everyone.
Members provide SIGs with:

- Project objectives and milestones
- Domain assistance
The ITC provides SIGs with:

- Project management
