Directors and invited ITC staff, including plus ones, are invited to a board dinner and excursion. Dinner will be a traditional Korean menu with vegetarian-friendly options.
If time allows, we may visit the Deoksugung Palace before or after the dinner, which is near Arirang restaurant (last admission 20:00)

Join us for the official Welcome Dinner to kick off IntelliCAD World 2025. This year, we're taking the experience outside the hotel with small-group dinners hosted at several local restaurants within easy walking distance of the Royal Hotel Seoul.
Each group will explore a different cuisine—from Korean comfort food to vegetarian-friendly stone pot dishes and fresh seafood. Attendees will select their preferred restaurant in advance and be grouped accordingly. This format offers a relaxed way to meet fellow attendees, engage in meaningful conversation, and sample authentic Korean cuisine in a more intimate setting.

Korean BBQ - Sunshine Charcoal Grill
Wrap up IntelliCAD World 2025 with a celebratory evening of great food and conversation. We'll gather at a local Korean BBQ restaurant just a short walk from the Royal Hotel Seoul for a relaxed group dinner to close out the week.
Enjoy grilled specialties, shared dishes, and a festive atmosphere as we reflect on the conference and strengthen connections made throughout the event. Seating will be staggered in two waves to accommodate the group comfortably.

Join us for an optional group excursion to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), one of the most iconic and historically significant destinations in South Korea. This full-day guided tour includes transportation, English-speaking guide, and visits to key sites such as the Third Infiltration Tunnel, Dora Observatory, and Dorasan Station. You’ll gain insight into Korea’s divided history while experiencing a rare look at the border that separates North and South Korea.
The tour departs in the morning from a location near the Royal Hotel Seoul (5-minute walk). Meeting point details will be emailed to participants before the event.
Passports are mandatory and must be carried with you on the tour.
