NewCAD 2017 is based on IntelliCAD and includes improved performance when working with complex blocks, fade color for backgrounds, CUSTOMIZE dialog enhancements, ARRAY dialog, MTEXT in-place editor, UNDERLAYFADEDEFATULT, VPMin/VPMax, TEXTTOFRONT, BCOUNT, FIELD, and more.
