MicroSurvey CAD 2026 Adds Advanced Data Management and Expanded Compatibility
We are pleased to congratulate MicroSurvey, an IntelliCAD Technology Consortium member, on the release of MicroSurvey CAD 2026. The new version is designed to handle the increasing complexity of modern survey data, with a focus on stronger data management and direct point cloud compatibility to help reduce drafting time and data bottlenecks.In MicroSurvey CAD 2026, MicroSurvey highlights several workflow improvements:

Survey Groups: A new organization feature that uses AutoMAP to automatically sort imported field data into logical groups, helping users isolate data for DTM surface models and speed up site organization without relying on complex layer naming conventions.

Expanded point cloud compatibility (Ultimate): Native import for e57, LAS, and PTX, plus automatic Leica LGSx conversion, aimed at reducing reliance on third-party conversion tools.
